Scray Cheese is a family owned manufacturer of Cheddar, Spiced Cheddars, Edam and Gouda cheese, located in De Pere, Wisconsin. The factory first opened in 1924 by Edward Scray. It was purchased by son Edgar in 1948, and again by Edgar’s son, Jim in 1982. The factory is currently being passed to the forth generation to Jim’s children, Kayla and Ryan.
